Your donation helps us meet the ever-increasing demand for our services. Because the need never stops, neither can we. Your support means we can be there for survivors and their loved ones when they need us. You truly make a difference.
Sexual harm, trauma, and consent
We can HELP you recognise sexual harm, understand its traumatic impact, and what consent is.
How to recognise sexual harm
You are not sure if you’ve experienced sexual harm? Or you’re not sure if a close one could have experienced it? It’s okay, we’re here to HELP you recognise the signs.
Understand the impact of trauma
The impact of trauma can be subtle or deeply destructive. It affects everyone differently, shaped by their experiences, personality, and environment. That’s why we’re here, to HELP you understand it.
Let's talk about consent
Consent is IMPERATIVE for any sexual activity. Sexual activity without consent is sexual harm. Let’s understand together how to recognise whether someone is consenting or not.
