In 2018, some of the intrepid participants will be Riding for HELP, raising awareness and funds to support our kaupapa.
Trina Whittaker (a radiologist), Paul Ash (a senior public servant), Theresa Andrews (a social worker from Western Australia) and friends will set out from Cape Reinga on 24 February, headed for Bluff.
Once they are underway we’ll add a link to track their progress (health alert; watching the GPS trackers can become addictive), and link to their blogs as they go.
#wetoo will be our hashtag for the ride
Everyone knows someone who has been affected by sexual violence. That’s why we’re saying, it’s not just #metoo, it’s #wetoo.
We must stand - or ride! - alongside each other as we work to end sexual violence.
