We are an essential service and are still here to support you under the different alert levels. See below for the guidelines for accessing and using our services under the government guidelines.

We are currently reviewing our policies for the new traffic lights system that will take effect at 11.59pm Thursday 2 December 2021. Check back in on this page to stay up to date on the latest information.

Alert level 1

​Do not come to appointments if you are feeling unwell. Please contact your Social Worker/Counsellor directly. 

Alert level 2

If changes are required to your appointment, your social Worker/Counsellor will contact you directly. Please wear a mask and check-in using the app or paper provided upon arrival.

Alert level 3

Appointments will take place remotely. If you have a session booked under alert level 3 with a social worker or counsellor, they will contact you directly to organise a phone or Zoom appointment.

Alert level 4

Appointments will take pace remotely. If you have an upcoming session booked with a HELP social worker or counsellor, they will be in touch with you directly to organise a phone or Zoom appointment

Wellington HELP's COVID-19 Vaccination Policy

You do not need to be vaccinated to access our services.

 

Some staff are providing face-to-face appointments, whilst others are opting to provide telehealth. Your social worker or counsellor will be in touch with prior to your appointment to let you know if you will be meeting online or in-person. 

All Wellington HELP staff are required to be vaccinated.
