You do not need to be vaccinated to access HELP services
All Wellington HELP staff are required to be vaccinated.

Telehealth appointments
Some appointments may be moved to telehealth support, your counsellor or social worker will be in contact if this is the case.
In person appointments
Some appointments will continue to be face-to-face. IF you are attending an appointment in person please wear a mask and sign in using the government's COVID-19 tracing app or the discreet sign in slips in the waiting room. You may be asked to change to a medical mask that will be provided upon arrival.

Call out services
We continue to provide our call out service to support you at police and medical appointments.
