Referrals

Referral Process

If you would like to make a referral to our service for counselling or support for yourself or someone else either call the office or email our support email address (support@wellingtonhelp.org.nz). Or you can complete the online form below.

If you make a referral by email please include the referred persons full name, age, contact phone number and whether a message can be left. Please also provide brief details of the reason for the referral. As the referrer we would also like your full name, relationship to the referred person and contact phone number.

It is important for us that the person being referred is aware of the referral and agrees to it being made.
