We offer by phone:

  • Supportive listening
  • Information and advice

Our crisis support line is for you. When calling you can expect to be believed, supported, and listened to.

The experience of rape, sexual assault and sexual abuse can be very traumatic and can also be very difficult to talk about. Our support line provides you with a place of safety where you can discuss what is concerning you. You are able to speak anonymously about your concerns.

If you have questions that you don’t feel ready to ask over the phone please feel able to email our week day crisis support worker at support@wellingtonhelp.org.nz. She will get back to you within 48 hours during office hours.
